This role is pivotal to our business in Singapore region. This role shall lead the growth of our Triumph and Sloggi brands by driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across our stores in the region. This role combines strategy, execution, and people leadership to make a real impact on sales and brand presence.
Develop and execute monthly sales targets across stores, Lingerie Fairs, and Atrium events.
Monitor competition and market trends; provide actionable feedback to management.
Drive initiatives to meet or exceed company sales objectives.
Collaborate with the product team to propose promotional strategies.
Coordinate marketing materials, mailers, and social media postings with buyers and marketing.
Plan and consolidate stock to support sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and trade partners.
Provide updates on store developments, personnel changes, and operational matters.
Support yearly business reviews with prepared reports and presentations.
Maintain optimal stock levels across counters, addressing overstock or understock situations.
Prepare weekly store order forms and manage stock returns as per product team requests.
Ensure minimal product returns and losses within acceptable thresholds.
Ensure stores, Atrium setups, and Lingerie Fairs meet visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate store maintenance, renovations, and closures as needed.
Ensure proper display of merchandise, signage, and mannequins.
Manage Brand Advisors (BAs), including scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
Communicate promotion mechanics, pricing, and operational updates to BAs.
Support BA development, Excel / reporting skills, and performance appraisals.
Identify hiring needs, screen candidates, and facilitate interviews and approvals.
Handle work permit applications, onboarding, and training for new hires.
Conduct performance reviews and confirmation processes for new BAs.
Monitor competitors’ campaigns, turnover, and personnel changes.
Provide insights to management to inform business strategy.
Ensure timely submission of sales reports, payroll information, and claims.
Manage part-time contracts and product distribution across stores and events.
Handle customer complaints in coordination with product teams and customer service.
Support all Lingerie Fair, Atrium, and promotional events as required.
