Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to acquire new clients and maintain relationships. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in logistics. The position offers a base salary of $4,000 - $4,500, with additional allowances and performance-based bonuses. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients from local and overseas to meet sales targets through multiple channels such as cold calling, email, etc;
  • Ability to market & promote the company’s service;
  • Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts
  • Maintain good business relationships with new & existing clients
  • Resolve clients’ issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers
  • Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners
  • Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients
  • Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary
Job Requirements
  • Min. 3-5 year of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
