Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to establish and maintain client relationships, organize sales visits, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience in technical or consultancy fields, preferably in ACMV. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, alongside a proactive and driven attitude.

Job Description
  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Organise sales visits
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals with quotations, outlining recommended strategies and projected energy savings
  • Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
  • Analyse, strategize & organise the preparations for tender submissions
  • Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Attend site walks
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Collaborate closely with internal project and engineering teams for to ensure proper handover and seamless implementation of proposed solutions
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any inquiries, concerns, challenges that may arise
  • Organise marketing events that the company participates in
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV
  • Those with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales position
  • Driven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitude
  • Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills
  • Possesses good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Possesses initiative and possess desire to learn
  • Able to multi-task and work as a team
