Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive solution-based sales and business growth. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge and sales strategy to identify opportunities, provide consultative engagement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals with a strong understanding of both technical and business requirements.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical or solution sales, preferably in construction, geospatial, surveying, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of GIS, mapping, positioning, or remote sensing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess valid class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9am- 6pm

Compensation: Basic salary + transport allowance + attractive commission
