The Talent
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Over 15 years of senior leadership experience overseeing multiple business functions, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer brands operating across global markets.
- Strong track record in driving customer engagement initiatives, experiential programs, and end-to-end integrated campaigns.
- Solid foundation in market insights, data interpretation, and analytics-driven strategic planning.
- Deep expertise in holistic marketing, brand development, digital growth strategies, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
- Strong commercial mindset with the capability to convert marketing plans into tangible, measurable business impact.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
The Job
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies that strengthen the brand and drive long-term growth.
- Align marketing plans with overall business goals in partnership with senior leadership.
- Use customer, market, and competitor insights to guide strategic decisions and campaign direction.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional, multi-regional teams, fostering creativity and data-driven performance.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across digital, retail, PR, and experiential channels.
- Oversee the annual marketing calendar and to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive digital, e-commerce, and full-funnel strategies to increase revenue, customer value, and brand equity.
- Advance CRM and loyalty initiatives to deepen customer relationships and retention.
- Enhance customer experiences through targeted activations and continual optimisation using KPIs and analytics.
- Identify new opportunities for innovation by staying ahead of industry and customer trends.
- Shape corporate and brand storytelling across PR, content, and influencer programmes to strengthen brand credibility.
