Job summary

A leading quantity surveying consultancy in Singapore seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities, assessing Variation Orders, and processing progress claims. The candidate should possess a PSPC-recognised degree and ideally have qualifications from SISV, AIQS, or RICS. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience, preferably with consultancy practice.
• Analytical, resourceful, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a consultancy firm is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work.
• Process monthly progress claims and final claims according to SOP requirements.
• Liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on VO and progress claims.
