Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in project budget and cashflow management.
• Experience in handling subcontractor quotes and evaluations.
• A1 main contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budget and cashflow.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for monthly progress claims.
• Perform measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Evaluate subcontractor’s claims and certify payments.
