Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least five years of experience in Civil Structure projects. The successful candidate will analyze tender documents, manage submissions, and prepare cost estimates. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a QS in Civil Structure projects.
• Prior experience working with main Contractors is an advantage.
• Experienced QS with a strong background in Civil & Structural trades.

• Consolidate and update tender invitations from clients
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Manage multiple tender submissions and adapt to transitions between divisions

Requirements

• At least Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS in Civil Structure projects
• Prior experience working with main Contractors is an advantage
• Experienced QS with a strong background in Civil & Structural trades
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
