Job Description:
  • Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
  • Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
  • Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
  • Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  • Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project
  • Assist on project scheduling
  • Attend project/site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors

  • Salary shall commensurate with qualification and experience
  • 5 working days per week
