• Maintain clear and accurate records for easy retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and maintain testing equipment in optimal condition.

• Ensure tests are conducted according to the documented test plan.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and complete records, ensuring they are filed promptly for easy retrieval.
• Update records and control charts on time, and provide feedback to supervisors regarding any abnormal trends or patterns.
• Troubleshoot and maintain test and measuring equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
• Take responsibility for ensuring product conformity.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met and address any quality-related issues within the assigned area.
• Promote and enforce safe working habits, 5S housekeeping practices, and discipline within the laboratory.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of chemicals in the QC laboratory.
• Coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting, calibration, and other services.
• Compile and prepare QC reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
