Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee project quality standards and lead the QA/QC team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field and experience in façade installation works. Responsibilities include providing training, implementing quality control systems, and preparing quality analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or degree in a related field.
• Experience in working with Contractors and Civil/Building in façade installation works is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure project quality standards are achieved.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on façade-related works.
• Assess construction processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor internal quality control systems.
• Collaborate with production and site management teams for high-quality project delivery.
• Prepare monthly quality analysis and reports for project activities.
