Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in semiconductor assembly/test or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of advanced packaging (Wafer level bumping, Flip chip assembly) preferred.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Effective communication skills, especially in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Validate 8D reports and corrective actions to ensure quality.
• Drive containment and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Perform audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Review changes through the Global Change Process (GCP).
• Develop dashboards for quality metrics using JMP, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Participate in MRB events and implement defect reduction strategies.
