• Strong ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve conflicts, enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain positive relations among organisations, stakeholders, and the public.
• Plan and launch public relations programmes.
• Production of communication materials related to public relations.
• Maintain records of public relation cases.
• Initiate public relations engagement and outreach activities.
• Interface with stakeholders on visual designs.
• Serve as secretary for meetings and submit minutes.
• Support and handle administrative works.
• Manning of 24-hour Project Hotline.
• Build relationships with Changi Airport Group.
