Join a distinguished real estate developer in Asia whose robust portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments includes several of Singapore’s most notable landmarks. There are multiple opportunities for both industrial and commercial clusters across Singapore.

What you will do

• Ensure the upkeep of buildings, focusing on cleanliness and security
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for company-managed properties
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and business partners
• Respond promptly to complaints, feedback, and service requests
• Manage the handover and takeover process of premises to and from tenants or buyer
• Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, First Aider)
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are advantageous
• WSQ certification in SIC and ERT is a plus
• Candidates with strong experience in tenant management will be highly desirable
