Senior Project Specialist (Safety Policy & Consultancy Study)

Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract (Immediate Start)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  Total Hours: 42 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and review safety checklists for ground operations

• Review procurement clauses to ensure vendors implement practical and effective safety measures

• Conduct safety briefings for new hires and milestone courses (offsite)

• Consolidate and align Safety Management Systems (SMS) across high-risk divisions

• Organise and coordinate external best-practice visits

• Support consultancy studies related to Safety Management Systems (SMS)

• Assist in the development and implementation of Third-Party Risk Management frameworks

• Provide support and guidance to supervisors on safety policies and related matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards

• Experience in safety management systems, risk assessment, or vendor management

• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
