Job summary

A leading events and exhibitions company based in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for coordination roles. Responsibilities include client servicing, project coordination for events, budgeting, and on-site setup or teardown for both local and overseas exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and experience in the field, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. A Class 3 driving license is advantageous. Qualifications

• Minimum diploma and/or prior experience in the events/exhibition industry is preferred.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

• Prepare necessary documentation before event setup.

1. Client / Account servicing

4. Expected to be on-site for events and exhibitions for setup and teardown (local and overseas)
5. Coordination with designers, sales, suppliers for production, installation and teardown
6. Preparation of necessary documentations such as risk assessments and method statement prior to event setup
7. Highly motivated, resourceful, efficient with a keen eye for detail
8. Good written and communication skills
9. Occasional travel is required
10. Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
