Job summary

A leading M&E contractor in Singapore is seeking Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to manage and oversee construction projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project supervision. Proficiency in managing project documentation is required. This is an on-site role with a competitive basic salary of up to $6000 plus allowances and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee assigned projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal wastage.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on project progress, approvals, and site issues.
• Quality & Safety Control: Conduct inspections, enforce safety practices, and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards.
• Documentation & Administration: Prepare shop drawings, material requisitions, quality plans, and manage contracts, claims, and variation orders.
• Team & Resource Supervision: Supervise subcontractors and site staff, provide on-the-job training, and monitor material stock and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project/site supervision experience, preferably in construction or M&E installation works.
• Proficient in reading and preparing drawings, shop drawings, material requisitions, and managing project documentation.
• Singaporean ONLY
