Job description

Your Roles

• Manages all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build‑out
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality
• Document action items and follow‑ups from project meetings
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures
• Drive safety and sustainability

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years / above of relevant project site experience (LTA project)
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem‑solving
• Be prepared to work on‑site on a rotating shift schedule
