Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
• Experience in AP/AR management and cash flow forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee invoice processing and vendor management.
• Ensure accurate recognition of revenue from project services.
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors during year-end processes.
