Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a skilled Software Engineer based in Singapore. This role involves backend development, maintenance and redevelopment of modules for transitioning HR systems into newer tech architecture, and creating RESTful APIs using C# on .NET Core. Ideal candidates should possess 7-10 years of .NET C# experience, API development skills, and familiarity with MS SQL Server. Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of .NET C# development experience, majoring in Web technologies.
• Experience with development of REST APIs required.
• Entity Framework experience is a must.
• Angular, VueJS, or React development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and re-develop various modules and features for the HR system.

Job description

HRnetGroup is looking for a Software Engineer who is keen on using IT expertise to further improve HR, payroll, or client/ candidate engagement processes as well as optimise internal workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• As a team member, you will be assigned various modules and features for maintenance and re-development as the team work to transit from its legacy HR system into a newer tech architecture.
• You will be required to apply your knowledge in backend development to create and maintain RESTful APIs via C# running on .NET Core.
• Work extensively with MS SQL Server using Entity Framework ORM.
• Own the modules assigned to you and be responsible for support issues as well as enhancements to features.
• Interact and liaise with internal & external users as well as provide presentations (of new features/ enhancements) & conduct trainings sessions.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years .NET C# development experience, majoring in Web technologies
• Experience with development of REST APIs a must
• Entity Framework and/or OR Mapping Framework experience
• Angular/VueJS/React development experience via TypeScript a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
