Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute and conduct appropriate curriculum according to Maplebear's curriculum framework.
• Maintain a quality classroom and learning environment that promotes learning in accordance with Maplebear's values and curriculum framework.
• Differentiate learning activities to meet the varying needs of the children.
• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents by being a positive role model.
• Maintain good communications with parents regarding development of their children.
• Liaise closely with the Principal on any matters concerning student development, performance or behavior that are of concern.
• Supports the school in festivals and events preparations.
• Execute daily routine in accordance with the time schedule.
• (Senior Teacher) Work closely with management to implement any changes around the school.
• (Senior Teacher) Helps to lead the other teachers and ensures that the learning corners and lesson plans are set up with quality and in line with Maplebear pedagogy.
• (Senior Teacher) Assists in brainstorming and planning of events and activities.
