Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection.
• Knowledge in manufacturing technologies such as Plastic Injection, Molding, Electronics & Product assembly, Process Automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve core manufacturing processes to optimise product design.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing through digitalisation and advanced technologies.
• Lead and deliver manufacturing specialist projects within budget and performance targets.
• Support product industrialisation initiatives.
• Manage CAPEX projects including tooling investments.
• Review tooling concepts in collaboration with Procurement teams.
• Provide manufacturing expertise to development projects.
