About the role

About the role Join Altus Health as a Senior Physiotherapist and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our valued clients across the East Coast Central Region. You will be working hand in hand with other healthcare practitioners to deliver efficient and synergistic treatment.

What you'll be doing
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients' unique needs
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilising a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care for clients
  • Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, contributing to their professional development
  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assist with the implementation of new programs or services
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting
  • Fully registered with AHPC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
