Job summary

A healthcare pharmacy group located in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacist to manage multi-dose medication supply services and provide pharmaceutical care to Intermediate and Long-term care facilities. The successful candidate will require a Pharmacy degree, 2-3 years of experience, and excellent communication skills. Team orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role involves organization and quality service delivery to patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations.
• Experience in managing a team or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes/daycares is an advantage.

Job description

The selected applicant will be stationed at Pharmacy Services Centre 1, located at Buangkok Green Medical Park and/or Pharmacy Services Centre 2, located at Serangoon North or NHG Pharmacy location.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
• Set up of medication management system at new ILTC facilities
• Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centers
• Provide quality customer service
• Keep abreast of changing medical treatments by attending continuing education talks and seminars
• Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and target training hours per year
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate information and ideas well to pharmacy colleagues, other healthcare professionals, and patients

Qualifications
