Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to identify and enrol eligible patients into the KidSTART@ KKH KIDS 0-3 Programme. This role combines strong data management skills with patient engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1) Programme Recruitment & Data Management
  • Track and analyse potential participant data using advanced Excel functions

  • Maintain comprehensive recruitment databases with meticulous attention to detail

  • Generate recruitment reports

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with PDPA guidelines

2) Family Engagement & Screening
  • Screen and assess family eligibility through systematic data analysis

  • Guide prospective families through the programme enrolment process

  • Coordinate with Social Work Assistants/Coordinators for recruitment of patient

3) Manage appointment scheduling via the hospital appointment system
4) Programme Support
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to identify potential programme participants

  • Maintain organised records of all recruitment activities

  • Track and follow up on pending applications

  • Administrative duties to support any ad hoc assignments, as when required

Requirements
  • Diploma with 2-4 years' relevant experience, OR GCE N/O/A Level/NITEC in Healthcare with 6-10 years' relevant experience

  • Healthcare or community service experience is advantageous

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management

  • Strong experience in database maintenance and data cleaning

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, OAS and SAP

  • Ability to learn and navigate healthcare management systems

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail in data handling

  • Professional yet approachable communication style

  • Ability to maintain objectivity while showing empathy

  • Team player with initiative and problem-solving abilities

  • Fast-paced environment requiring efficient multitasking
