A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for someone to provide exceptional customer service, manage registrations, appointment scheduling, and assist clinical staff with patient-related activities. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or equivalent qualifications, relevant experience in customer service or healthcare, and proficiency in MS Office. This role is essential for the efficient management of clinic operations.
You will provide professional and excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations of the clinics. You will perform frontline duties involving registration, appointment scheduling as well as cashiering. You will also assist the nursing and clinical staff on patient-related activities.
Diploma/ Nitec in Service Skills/ GCE ‘O’ Level
Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service industry will be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office applications
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
