This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible to champion growth and play the role of an entrepreneur in an extremely open and transparent environment. This role is focused on being able to identify clients and work in tandem with partners in the organization in order to continue building on the success of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Build out the Executive Search practice. The organization already works on a number of significant mandates in this space; we are looking to identify leaders who will propel this practice and take it to new heights.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to ensure cohesive outreach and a go-to-market strategy. Partners in our system share knowledge, relationships and access to help clients identify the right leaders across different countries.
  • Employ a consultative approach when scoping client needs; develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, value drivers and organizational strategy.
  • Innovate by leveraging technology and analyzing data; continuously review processes and raise the bar after every mandate to improve efficiency.
  • Be bold with calculated risks, learn from mistakes, and apply those learnings to grow the organization and individuals.
Qualifications
  • A strong entrepreneurial track record and ability to build a business from the ground up.
  • Experience within executive search, talent assessments and commercial roles is a major advantage.
  • Strong leadership and sales strategy experience, with an exceptional network across ASEAN within Technology, Industrial or Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • In-depth knowledge of winning enterprise clients and delivering mandates as a team; the ability to work cohesively with and through others is essential.
