Job summary

A leading global gaming company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for order processing and supply chain management. The ideal applicant should have a diploma or degree in a related field and over five years of relevant experience, especially in consumer electronics. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment and coordinating with service providers in a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP.
  • Monitor order tracking and ensure established fulfillment SOPs are followed.
  • Manage return merchandise processes across warehouse(s).
  • Handle Certificate of Origin applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP, including entering and validating customer orders, managing order changes or updates, preparing documentation, and coordinating shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Monitor order tracking and ensure all orders follow established fulfillment SOPs
  • Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse records
  • Manage return merchandise processes across warehouse(s)
  • Establish, monitor, and manage service providers to ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Maintain and manage data for periodic metrics and reporting to Management
  • Handle Certificate of Origin applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Pre-Requisites
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
