Job summary

A wildlife reservation management organization in Singapore is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to drive the adoption and operational excellence of Microsoft 365. Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Reporting to the Modern Workspace Lead, the role will drive adoption, deployment, and operational excellence for Microsoft 365 and related modern workspace services. Focus on secure, scalable hybrid-work solutions and AI-enhanced productivity across Mandai. Deliver support, projects, training, and device lifecycle management for a 1,000+ user environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, tune, and operate core M365 services: Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps, Viva suite, and Copilot/AI integrations.
  • Provide tier 2 / tier 3 support for complex M365 incidents, resolve, and elevate with internal teams, Microsoft support, or vendors.
  • Manage endpoint provisioning and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and Endpoint Manager. Implement compliance and configuration baselines.
  • Work with Modern Workspace Lead to design solutions that meet business needs. Translate requirements into secure, maintainable designs.
  • Lead or contribute to M365 migrations, integrations, and extension projects. Include Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) where they add value.
  • Create training, workshops, documentation, and self-service resources. Use Viva Learning, Teams, and SharePoint for delivery.
  • Collect user feedback and adoption metrics. Propose iterative improvements and run adoption campaigns.
  • Partner with procurement and vendors for device purchasing, warranties, inventory, and sustainable refresh programs.
  • Enforce security and compliance controls in partnership with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and conditional access/zero-trust controls.
  • Monitor environment health and risks using tenant analytics, Defender, and telemetry. Triage performance and security issues.
  • Automate routine tasks and workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, Copilot prompts or Power Platform.
  • Maintain awareness of M365 roadmap and recommend pragmatic AI/hybrid work features for adoption.
  • Maintain change records, runbooks, and test plans. Participate in on-call escalations as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 in medium or large organisations. Experience supporting hybrid/remote work models.
  • Practical expertise with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Apps, Viva, and experience deploying or supporting Copilot/AI features.
  • Experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Autopilot for device provisioning and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of identity and access management with Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Strong PowerShell skills. Experience with basic Power Platform automation.
  • Proven troubleshooting and incident management skills at tier 2/3 level. Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end-user training and adoption programs.
  • On-site presence at Mandai offices and datacenter visits as required.
  • May participate in rotation for escalation support.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, and endpoint security controls.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Power Platform credentials.
  • Prior experience supporting 1,000+ user estates.
  • Experience with device procurement workflows and asset management.
  • Experience with tenant-to-tenant or on-prem to cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with local data protection regulations such as PDPA and practical experience applying them to collaboration services.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure adoption (telemetry, Viva Insights, endpoint analytics).
