Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience in M&E contracting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Certified ISO Internal Quality Auditor.
• Completed Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective site problem-solving and coordination with clients.
• Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring design adherence and compliance.
• Ensure quality of materials and installations by suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of materials and equipment.
• Produce and manage shop drawings ensuring correct coordination.
• Develop work schedules and participate in meetings.
• Assist management with day-to-day activities focusing on quality.
• Collaborate with contractors to minimize rework.
• Manage site materials to mitigate wastage.
• Maintain close communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify and rectify non-conformance in products.
• Research and implement new technologies for productivity.
• Monitor site progress and maintain clear communication.
