Responsibilities

• Attend coordination meetings and resolve Technical discrepancies, provide technical support
• Ensure timely submission of M&E documentation and drawings to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Support the BIM Manager in integrating M&E models into overall project BIM deliverables
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate all M&E design and construction works in compliance with LTA and local authority requirements.
• Review M&E drawings and BIM models to ensure clash-free integration with civil and architectural systems.
• Coordinate M&E activities across the project
• Facilitate coordination between consultants, main contractor, and M&E subcontractors for technical resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in M&E coordination for infrastructure or LTA projects, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of LTA and BCA standards, codes, and submission procedures.
• Proficient in interpreting M&E shop drawings and BIM models (Revit, Navisworks).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
