About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B events and integrated marketing initiatives. Events will be your core responsibility, but you’ll go beyond logistics by bringing our brand to life through field activations, partner programs, and regional campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.

You’ll work closely with regional sales leads, product, PR, content, and communications to build programs that attract and convert while strengthening our position as a trusted global leader in real-time payments. This role suits a high-performing marketing leader who thrives on execution, collaboration, and results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Global Events
    • Define and manage the global B2B events strategy, prioritizing high-impact opportunities
    • Execute end-to-end event programs—including owned events and third-party sponsorships—that drive demand and brand presence
    • Own event planning, logistics, promotion, internal alignment, and post-event analysis
  • Drive Regional Field Marketing & Campaign Execution
    • Develop and execute field marketing initiatives that support sales goals in priority markets
    • Localize global campaigns to reflect regional nuances while staying aligned to central GTM strategy
    • Partner with content, design, product, and communications to create campaign assets, landing pages, and digital follow-up flows
  • Measure, Optimize, and Report
    • Define and track KPIs across events and regional marketing programs—leads, pipeline, conversion, ROI
    • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, continuously optimizing for performance and impact
    • Ensure tight alignment with sales teams to support the full customer journey
Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B event marketing experience — fintech or payments experience preferred
  • Proven ability to plan and lead global event programs, especially across Asia-Pacific markets
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational and project management skills—able to lead from planning to execution
  • Experience collaborating with global and regional sales teams to drive joint success
  • Analytical and results-oriented; comfortable using Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to measure effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a global, high-growth environment
