A Japan MNC fine‑jewellery retailer specializing in high‑quality diamond and gemstone pieces, with a strong focus on modern, wearable luxury.
The Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing activities across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines, timelines, and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
- Manage agency relationships, including creative, digital, social media, website, and performance marketing agencies, ensuring briefs, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media content calendars, website updates, and Search Engine Advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, consolidating updates for internal stakeholders and preparing post‑campaign summaries.
- Ensure timely review and coordination of creative assets and campaign materials prior to deployment.
The Talent
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in coordination, execution, or agency‑facing roles.
- Prior experience working with or managing external marketing agencies, with strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with digital channels, including social media, websites, and paid advertising (SEA/SEM).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with a structured and detail‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment.
