Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team to strengthen and maintain the hotel’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive room, F&B, and events revenue.
  • Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media engagement, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive media coverage.
  • Prepare press releases, coordinate media visits, and support PR activities to highlight hotel initiatives and offerings.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collaterals in line with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Support the organization of internal and external marketing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase guest engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and guest experience.
