Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to ensure a consistent inflow of leads and strong social media exposure.
- Define content direction and develop content calendars aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Review and approve storyboards, scripts, and final video edits to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Manage workflow priorities to ensure team members meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Provide creative direction and ensure all outputs meet quality and brand standards.
- Plan, execute, and optimise social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage company’s social media accounts, including content creation to enhance brand awareness for Visionary Interior.
- Assist in creation of creative and engaging content for social media platforms including writing copy, designing graphics, and creating videos to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in video production, including scheduling shoots, starring in videos, basic video editing, and ensuring all necessary logistics are available for smooth production.
- Ensure consistent engagement across social media accounts, including responding to comments and handling enquiries from social platforms, while ensuring proper handover of leads to the sales team.
- Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of social media content, including feed posts and Stories.
- Track and analyse social media and digital marketing analytics to measure performance.
- Coordinate filming schedules with internal stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
- Update information and images across websites and third-parties advertising platforms.
- Provide support and undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support marketing needs.

- Attendance and engagement at events and exhibitions.
- Media mentions and press coverage gained through PR efforts.

Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in marketing.
- Education: At least a Diploma in a marketing-related course.
