We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing to drive impactful marketing strategies that will elevate our brand and contribute significantly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute online marketing strategies to ensure a consistent inflow of leads and strong social media exposure.
  2. Define content direction and develop content calendars aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  3. Review and approve storyboards, scripts, and final video edits to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  4. Manage workflow priorities to ensure team members meet deadlines and project milestones.
  5. Provide creative direction and ensure all outputs meet quality and brand standards.
  6. Plan, execute, and optimise social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns.
  7. Track and analyse digital marketing performance, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  8. Manage company’s social media accounts, including content creation to enhance brand awareness for Visionary Interior.
  9. Assist in creation of creative and engaging content for social media platforms including writing copy, designing graphics, and creating videos to support marketing initiatives.
  10. Assist in video production, including scheduling shoots, starring in videos, basic video editing, and ensuring all necessary logistics are available for smooth production.
  11. Ensure consistent engagement across social media accounts, including responding to comments and handling enquiries from social platforms, while ensuring proper handover of leads to the sales team.
  12. Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of social media content, including feed posts and Stories.
  13. Track and analyse social media and digital marketing analytics to measure performance.
  14. Coordinate filming schedules with internal stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
  15. Update information and images across websites and third-parties advertising platforms.
  16. Provide support and undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support marketing needs.

  1. Brand Awareness
    • Increase in brand recognition and market positioning efforts.
    • Growth in social media followers and engagement metrics.
    • Improvement in brand sentiment and customer feedback.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion

  4. Social Media Engagement
    • Increase in social media engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
    • Number of inquiries and conversions originating from social media channels.
  5. Content Effectiveness
    • Volume and frequency of content produced (blogs, videos, social posts).
    • Engagement metrics for content, such as shares, comments, and views.
  6. Event and PR Impact
    • Attendance and engagement at events and exhibitions.
    • Media mentions and press coverage gained through PR efforts.
    • Partnerships and collaborations initiated with other brands or influencers.

    • Achievement of team goals and projects on time and within budget.
    • ROI on marketing spend, demonstrating cost-effectiveness and value for money.

Requirements
