We offer world class oncology care by having the best talent, doing robust clinical and translational research and leading education efforts to improve cancer outcomes. Join us to build a meaningful career and offer patients hope for a cancer‑free tomorrow.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategic transformation projects within the strategic partnerships and patient liaison services unit. This critical role will focus on identifying operational gaps in accessing care at the centre, and developing the systems, initiatives and processes that address these gaps. The role requires a sharp understanding of the patient treatment journey at an outpatient centre, and the analytical capabilities to identify and manage process improvement initiatives that strengthen daily departmental workflows, enhancing the patient access experience for the centre’s internal and external stakeholders (patients, physicians, payers, etc). The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nursing, care coordinators, etc., to develop and execute these initiatives.

The candidate will also facilitate regional and international healthcare collaborations that further NCCS’ mission and lead commercial initiatives that enhance our centre's market position.

The role offers candidates an excellent opportunity to contribute to advancing NCCS’ mission and transform patient access and care at an outpatient cancer centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement strategic projects and process improvements to enhance care access and service delivery within the strategic partnerships and Patient Liaison Services team.
  • Assist Director in due diligence and market research for strategic projects.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with local and international partners that enable transfer of technology and knowledge to augment NCCS’ mission and objectives in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and represent NCCS at local and regional outreach events.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure policies and procedures are aligned with SingHealth / NCCS public healthcare operating principles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate visits from overseas healthcare institutions and develop comprehensive visit itineraries for centre visits.
  • Structure, negotiate, execute and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and MOUs with local and international partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing partnerships or commercial projects. Experience in oncology or specialty healthcare setting, or management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in end‑to‑end project management and improvement initiatives; experience with MOU development and management in healthcare settings.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in PowerPoint for business presentations is a must.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity for international stakeholders.
  • Self‑driven, achievement‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
