Job description
What the role is:

As a (Senior) Manager for Research Administration for Corporate Research Office (CRO) under the Research and Management Information Division, you will support the administration of education research grants and the disbursement of research grants to institutions of higher learning.

What you will be working on:
  • Work with Education Research Funding Programme (ERFP) grant management office to manage the ERFP grant cycles (2 grant calls per year), set priorities for each cycle, provide secretariat support for ERFP Approval Panels (including evaluation of research proposals).
  • Conduct regular review of grant policies and processes related to governance, administration, budget, and fund disbursement.
  • Manage a portfolio of research projects, including monitoring research deliverables and progress, managing their performance, and ensuring proper disbursement of funding to institutions.
  • Assess and process requests to collect data in schools, publication requests and review the data collection and publication procedures.
  • Support efforts in strengthening the capabilities of the education research community, such as fostering collaborations between MOE HQ divisions and researchers.
