Develop the strategic marketing framework and responsible for overall brand and marketing strategy of the Association and spearheads and executes communication initiatives and integrated marketing communicationsefforts to promote greater public awareness for the Association.
Drive online and offline branding and media strategy and manage the marketing budget. Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
Responsible for the annual marketing strategy and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities. Find possible prospects and partnership opportunities.
Analyse existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve current processes when needed. Develop marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Responsible to develop, plan and implement effective marketing strategies which includes identifying marketing channels, media planning, production of various marketing collaterals to communicate key messages and programmes.
Responsible the deliverable of the publications such as website, newsletters, annual reports and publicity materials on a timely basis.
Manage marketing projects from conceptualisation to implementation which includes planning, monitoring of campaign effectiveness, analysing of survey outcomes and identify partnership opportunities.
Work cross functionally to collaborate on strategy and drive success.
Creates, develops and recommend new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.
Conduct brand review and manage brand execution plans.
Researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the Association’s marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities.
Ensure the materials on the history and activities are archive.
Minimum 10 years in the relevant position including 5 years in a team lead position.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
Good understanding of the social service industry, hospitality industry, preschool industry and the various market segments.
Proven experience in brand management, conceptualisation, execution, tracking integrated marketing communications campaigns and video production.
Excellent knowledge of online marketing and social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
Experience in senior management engagement, publishing or journalism would be an advantage.
Hands‑on experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns.
