As a Senior Manager/ Managerin Strategic Planning and Engagement, you will be a part of a high performing, dynamic team that work cross-functionally across strategic planning, resource management andstakeholder engagement. The team’s mission is to position NSCC Singapore as a National Research Infrastructure (NRI) supportingkey national R&D programmes and research projectsdelivering significant scientific impactand economic valuefor Singapore.

Key Responsiblities:
- Co-lead the planning, allocation, and implementation of HPC resource management strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of the research grant ecosystem, project resource management, and the alignment of external partnerships with national research infrastructure objectives.
- Liaise with research funding bodies, implementation agencies, government agencies, host institutions, and research offices to communicate resource allocation policies and application processes to the research community.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external committees on project prioritisation and HPC resource allocation decisions.
- Support research performers in project onboarding, resource allocation, project management, and optimisation of HPC usage.
- Produce usage tracking reports, analyse resource utilisation trends, and recommend corrective or optimisation measures where required.
- Collate data, statistics, and key metrics, and prepare management and committee reports with clear data visualisations.
- Provide oversight of administrative processes related to HPC resource allocation to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Co-develop management dashboards, in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams, to provide visibility into resource allocation, utilisation trends, and scenario simulations.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and continuously update professional knowledge in areas such as national research initiatives, HPC, and emerging computing technologies including AI and quantum computing.
- Perform other duties as assigned when required.
Qualification & Field of Study
- Bachelor/ Masterdegree in Business Analytics/ Business Administration or equivalent
Min. Years of Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics and/or administration and/or project management experience, with a background or interest in IT and/or grant call administration.

- Exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand complex technology jargons.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and convey concise, clear accounts of information.
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy to meetdeadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn, adapt, change, and grow as aprofessional.
- Experience in the administration of research grant calls, government agencies engagements, and high-tech sector will be an advantage.
