The Senior Manager, Regional Hub drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Regional Hub to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Hub. He/She also collaborates with the community partners, employers and volunteers to develop training, community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the partners.
