A global sports company in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to lead the Brand Initiatives & Kids team in Southeast Asia and India. This individual will play an integral role in executing global campaigns focused on Cricket, Basketball, and Kids, requiring over 8 years of experience in brand management and a passion for sports. The position emphasizes team collaboration, a strategic mindset, and innovative storytelling, driving consumer engagement and brand growth.
As the Senior Manager for Brand Initiatives & Kids, you will collaborate with teammates across Nike to create bold, innovative ways to inspire and connect with athletes* through sport and culture. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and serve as a key member of the SEA&I Marketing Leadership Team.
You will partner daily with cross-functional teammates in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA). Your team will include a Lead, Brand Initiatives & Kids, who will report directly to you.
To build integrated plans, you will work closely with internal and external partners across Geography, Territory and City Teams, Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, Marketplace, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and agency/event partners.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Brand Marketing based in Singapore to lead our Brand Initiatives & Kids team in Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I). This individual will play a pivotal role in executing some of Nike’s most impactful global campaigns and shaping the Nike brand with a focus on Cricket, Basketball, and Nike Kids marketing.

You will lead a cross‑functional marketing team, build brand strategy, and drive end‑to‑end integrated marketing plans. A deep understanding of Cricket and Basketball, combined with knowledge of sport, athletes, and youth culture in SEA&I, is critical.
In this role, you will partner with Nike leaders across Southeast Asia, India, and Asia‑Pacific Latin America to deliver impactful global and local brand initiatives, focusing primarily on Cricket, Basketball, and Kids. You’ll drive integrated marketing strategies, build consumer experiences, oversee campaigns, manage budgets, and lead a high‑performing marketing team to maximize brand engagement and business growth.
