Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with leadership to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives. Work independently with Heads of Department to plan resources and acquire talent effectively for various departments.
2. Talent Management and Development:
Partner with the Group Talent Management team to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the organization. Facilitate talent review sessions as well as implement development and succession plans to prepare individuals for leadership roles.
3. Performance and Compensation:
Work closely with the Group Rewards team to drive the annual performance and salary review processes. Provide advice on compensation strategies and spearhead employee engagement activities to enhance workforce motivation.
4. HR Solutions and Services:
Identify and develop HR solutions aimed at resolving HR issues and improving employee performance and engagement. Collaborate with the HR Shared Services to deliver HR services efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
5. Project Management:
Participate in HR-related projects, including the development and implementation of HR systems and other ad hoc initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, or equivalent.
10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years in Listed Funds, REITS, Private Equity, Investment, or Asset Management.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, independent, and proactive with high discretion in handling confidential information.
Team player with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
