Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in shipyard, offshore, or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership in large-scale maintenance operations and yard development.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory bodies: JTC, BCA, NEA, SCDF, MOM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance & Facilities Department across all yard zones.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades and utility installations.
