Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage both pre and post-contract duties, including cost control and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This role includes responsibilities such as evaluating contractor claims and preparing monthly progress reports, ensuring effective cost management and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in QS or Building or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• General Quantity Surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, etc.
• All M&E works.
• Evaluation & certification of contractors claims.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and cost analysis reports.
