Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud (Growth edition) and Data Cloud.
Configure customer data management workflows, segmentation, and personalized marketing journeys.
Build interactive dashboards and reports for real-time insights and campaign performance.
Ensure security and governance best practices using Salesforce Shield.
Lead client engagement sessions, translate business needs into agile deliverables, and drive decision‑making.
Conduct comprehensive testing and ensure high‑quality releases.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.
Create documentation and training materials to empower users and teams.
Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Admin, Email Specialist, Consultant, Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer).
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations.
Strong agile delivery experience (Scrum or Kanban).
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Service/Sales/Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and other programming languages.
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) and JIRA expertise.
