What You Will Do

• Participate in the full lifecycle management of game versions, from planning and iterative updates to launch, ensuring all milestones are reviewed and approved, and driving successful release in overseas markets and platforms.
• Ensure game versions comply with local market regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of related content, tools, and SDKs.
• Based on version schedules and market dynamics, contribute to the formulation of overseas publishing strategies, coordinate various publishing resources and channels, and deliver accurate version information to achieve acquisition re‑engagement goals.
• Monitor the live game environment on a daily basis, respond quickly to operational incidents, and ensure stable online operations.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, familiar with the end‑to‑end development and launch process, with hands‑on experience in overseas pre‑launch publishing preparation and go‑live.
• Solid understanding of live operations workflows and cross‑functional collaboration, with strong project management and coordination skills.
• Deep knowledge of overseas platforms and specific markets, with strong data sensitivity and analytical skills.
• Extensive gaming experience and a good understanding of different game genres in international markets.
• Proficient in English as a working language, with strong stress tolerance, logical thinking, and execution capabilities.
