Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead procurement exercises and oversee project management for IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, relevant certifications, and at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within healthcare or digital services. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT with CITPM or PMP certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare or digital services.
• Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement exercises including preparation of specifications.
• Oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform solution analysis, product evaluation, and procurement to meet business requirements.
• Apply project management best practices to plan and report on assigned IT projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders for delivery.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and change requests to minimize impact.
• Ensure vendor performance against contractual obligations and service levels.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
