Job summary

A leading financial technology firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the Wealth Management domain. Your responsibilities will include managing complex multi-million-dollar projects, implementing SWIFT regulations, and working closely with senior stakeholders. You should have a strong background in data migration, Agile methodologies, and various project management tools. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job description

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related discipline from a recognized university.
• IT Project management experience in Wealth Management domain.
• Experience to implement SWIFT regulation requirements, cross border payments related changes across Asia and Europe, SWIFT related reporting tools etc.
• Experience in migrating financial institutions from ISO15022 to the new ISO20022 standard.
• Experience in handling SWIFT category 1, category 2, category 9: customer payments, financial institution transfers, cash management etc modules.
• Must have experience in core banking applications revolving around: Olympic, TRANSACT, Client Management Systems, Datawarehouse, Batch processing of reports.
• Experience working with Intellimatch reconciliation tool for cash and securities across Asia and Europe.
• Must have handled complex, large sized multi million projects under non-negotiable tight deadlines.
• Should be a seasoned professional to run Steerco, managing expectations with CXO level senior stakeholders and making decisions jointly. Have experience in managing budget and P&L well.
• Able to manage deliveries, end to end testing across various dependent systems and manage dependencies. Should have good experience in data migration. Can act as a bridge between IT and business operations.
• Well versed in Agile/Scrum, waterfall, hybrid methodology, JIRA, Confluence, ANA plan, Clarity, MS Projects etc tools.
