Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is looking for an IAM Specialist to design, integrate, and optimize IAM processes. Responsibilities include providing 24x7 support and coordinating training for applications. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory are preferred.

Job description

Overview

• Design, integrate, maintain, and optimize IAM processes such as joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
• Participate in the development and implementation of a system-independent role concept to improve authorization management
• Assist in gathering and assessment of new requirements
• Defines the needs and coordinates external support in his/her area
• Provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of the IAM solution
• Work with other IT teams towards the common goal to minimize system response time and maximize system availability
• Documentation of requirements and coordination of enhancements in the assigned area
• Plan, coordinate and conduct training for assigned applications
• Work with other departments for productivity enhancements, error / cost reductions and other improvement projects as and when needed

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management
• A good team player with good communication skills and able to work independently
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with the following would be a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
