A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with at least 6-8 years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial design. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and cost control while collaborating with various stakeholders. Preference: Candidates with 8+ years’ experience and demonstrated leadership in interior design, FF&E, styling, and project delivery will be strongly preferred

Minimum 6–8 years’ professional experience delivering high-end interior design projects across residential, hospitality, and/or commercial sectors
Demonstrated experience leading full interior design scope end-to-end, from concept ideation and spatial planning through technical coordination, site execution, and final installation
Proven ability to lead interior design projects as a senior workstream owner or project lead, managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Confident operation within live project environments, managing client relationships, consultant coordination (architects, MEP, lighting, etc.), supplier engagement, and on-site pressures
Strong ownership of interior design and FF&E decision-making, including responsibility for budgets, specifications, material and furniture selections, lead times, procurement coordination, and final design outcomes
Sound understanding of interior architecture, construction detailing, and buildability, with the ability to resolve design challenges without compromising design intent
Evidence of professional maturity and growth, including the ability to learn from past project challenges and apply those lessons to improve future design and delivery outcomes
Experience mentoring junior designers, reviewing workstreams, or leading defined project packages, contributing to studio quality, consistency, and team development
Lead interior design conceptualisation and spatial planning, including layout development, circulation, adjacencies, and functional planning across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
Translate design concepts into fully resolved interior design solutions, including partitioning, ceiling concepts, built-in joinery, bespoke elements, and spatial detailing
Develop and coordinate interior architectural elements, ensuring alignment between design intent, technical constraints, and buildability
Produce, manage, and review interior design drawings and documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery, interior
Manage interior design project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment between design, FF&E, procurement, and site activities
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design quality, cost control, and timely delivery
Track approvals, decisions, and risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact programme, budget, or design intent
Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving design-related issues and maintaining excellence through execution
Lead FF&E sourcing, specification, and coordination, including furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and décor
Ensure all interior design solutions comply with local regulations, codes, and project-specific requirements
Maintain design integrity from concept through site implementation, ensuring spatial, material, and detailing consistency
Demonstrated capability in interior architecture and spatial design, not solely FF&E or styling
Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior systems
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Excel
Exceptional skills in concept development, spatial planning, interior detailing, FF&E selection, and material specification
Strong project management, presentation, and client communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to balance creative vision and technical precision
A strong design sensibility combined with a passion for innovation, design excellence, and storytelling through space
Contribute to luxury, design-led projects across hospitality, real estate, and high-end residential sectors

Employment Type: Full-time, standard office hours (Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Monthly Salary: SGD 6,000 – 8,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, portfolio strength, and demonstrated leadership in interior design, FF&E, styling, and project delivery
